Do you offer airport shuttle service?

The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the airport.

How can I get to the island?

Fly direct with Cayman Airways from Miami, New York, Tampa, Denver, Los Angeles, Cuba, Jamaica, Honduras and Panama City. Other airlines like American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways, jetBlue, Delta and WestJet also offer nonstop services with new routes continuously added.

What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

Taxis are readily available at the airport and cost around $50 USD. We can also arrange transfers—just contact us!

Where is the hotel located?

You’ll find us at the corner of Tanager Way and Esterley Tibbetts Highway.

Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking?

Yes! Covered parking is included in the Resort Fee.

Do you charge a Resort Fee?

A daily resort fee of $65 applies. It includes:

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.

What is the minimum age to check into the room?

The minimum age requirement to check into a room is 18.

Do I need to show ID to check in?

Yes, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and cash (with credit card guarantee) are all accepted options.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

No, Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

I booked through another site – how do I make changes to my reservation?

Please contact the third-party booking site directly for any modifications to your reservation.

Will your rooms allow rollaway bed/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

Rollaways aren’t available, but all suites include sofa beds, and rooms with king beds have trundles. Cribs may be provided for no additional charge.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel has several options for connecting rooms. All standard king rooms will connect to a room with two queen beds. All suites, with the exception of the Presidential Suite, can connect to a room with two queen beds.

Do kids stay free?

Yes! Kids aged 12 and under stay free.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer accessible accommodations.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height, or types?

All dogs and cats are welcome at the hotel!

Do you have pet-free rooms for allergy-sensitive guests?

Yes, we do have pet-free rooms.

Do you have pet-sitting or dog-walking services?

This service is not available at this time.

What are your restaurant hours?

The main Catalina restaurant and bar is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Pom Pom rooftop restaurant and lounge for guests aged 18+ is open from 4 PM to 12 AM. The Pool Bar is open from 11 AM to 7 PM. Café Alula is open from 6 AM to 7 PM. Milkberry is open from 6 PM to 10 PM. Rasa is open from 7 PM to 10 PM.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, Room Service is available from 6 AM to 10 PM.

How do I get to the beach, and what’s included in the Beach Club experience?

Our Beach Club is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. As part of your stay, enjoy complimentary beach chair setup, fresh towels, reef-safe sunscreen, after-sun care, and hydration stations—all ready for your perfect day on Seven Mile Beach.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, plus a relaxing hot tub.

Do you have a spa?

Not on-site, but we’re happy to recommend nearby day spas including the Spa at Seafire, our sister-hotel.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, we have a fully equipped 24hr fitness center with weights, weight machines, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, and treadmills.

Do you have a business center?

The hotel does not have a separate business center. All services can be accommodated at the Front Desk.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary and included in the Resort Fee.
