How can I get to the island?
Fly direct with Cayman Airways from Miami, New York, Tampa, Denver, Los Angeles, Cuba, Jamaica, Honduras and Panama City. American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways, jetBlue, Delta and WestJet all provide nonstop services with new routes continuously added.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, and gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.

All dogs and cats are allowed at the hotel.
What are the hours of the restaurants?
The main Catalina restaurant and bar is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. The Pom Pom rooftop restaurant is open from 4 PM to 12 AM. The Pool Bar is open from 11AM to 7 PM. Café Alula is open from 7 AM to 7 PM. Milkberry is open from 12PM to 10PM. Rasa is open from 7PM to 10PM.

The hotel does have on-site parking. The parking fee is included in the Resort Fee.
How do I get to the hotel?
The best way to get to the hotel is by cab or to contact the hotel to arrange airport transfers. Cabs are readily available at the airport.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the airport.
Do you have connecting rooms?
The hotel has several options for connecting rooms. All standard king rooms will connect to a room with two queen beds. All suite types, with the exception of the Presidential Suite, will connect to a room with two queen beds.
Do you have accessible rooms?
The hotel does have accessible rooms.
Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 21.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
The rooms will not accommodate a rollaway bed, but the sofa can be used as sofa bed in our king bed rooms. Cribs may be provided for no additional charge.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
There is a 30-day cancellation policy. If a guest cancels within 30 days, the full value of the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Do you have a pool?
The hotel does have a pool.

The Hotel does not have a spa. Please contact the Front Desk for a list of local day spas.

The hotel has a fitness center. The fitness center includes free weights, weight machines, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, and treadmills.

The hotel does not have a separate business center. All services can be accommodated at the Front Desk.
