Fiesta de Agave is a three-day, island-wide celebration across Grand Cayman’s hotels, restaurants, and bars—an immersive journey into the world of agave and Latin American spirits.

Bringing together a compelling mix of immersive and interactive events and an international line-up of bartenders, producers, writers, and experts. The festival explores agave through tastings, seminars, pop-ups, and takeovers—culminating in La Gran Fiesta at the Kimpton Seafire Beach Deck, the festival’s flagship event.

With nearly two decades in hospitality, London-born Audrey Hands has worked across three continents as a bartender, brand builder, and advocate. Fluent in five languages, she honed her craft at top bars worldwide before becoming Global Brand Ambassador for Havana Club, working across 70 countries.

Salon de Agave

Canadian-born Megs Miller has spent 20 years working in top cocktail bars worldwide, from Australia to Europe, Indonesia, and Colombia. Now based between Mexico and Canada, she focuses on agave and sotol education through Salon de Agave and Coco’s Cocktail & Agave Bar.

Sophie Barrera is a passionate advocate for agave spirits who began her hospitality career at 21. She focuses on agave studies, research, and conservation, helping preserve traditional and generational mezcales across Mexico through her work with Salón de Agave.

Café Pacifico

Medellín-born Carlos Londoño is Co-Owner and Co-General Manager of Café Pacifico, a London institution with a 43-year legacy. With 26 years in agave spirits, he helped introduce tequila to the UK, led major education programs, and is a certified tequila expert.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa

In over a quarter of a century in the global hospitality scene, Jim Wrigley has shaken cocktails at Buckingham Palace, tiki-fied Caribbean beach bars, and designed drinks programs from London to New York to the Cayman Islands. As Beverage Manager at Kimpton’s Seafire Resort + Spa, he launched the award-winning Library by the Sea, and is one of the co-founders of Fiesta de Agave.
